Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kate Mitchell Photography, I’m committed to delivering high-quality photography services and products that you’ll love. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and how returns or refunds are handled.

1. Photography Services
  • Due to the nature of photography services, all sales are final once a session is booked and paid for.
  • If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • In the unlikely event that I am unable to provide the service (e.g. illness, emergency), I will offer you a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
 
2. Digital Products and Prints
  • All digital downloads and prints are carefully checked for quality before delivery.
  • If your digital files are corrupted or you receive a defective print, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue. I will happily replace or correct the item.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads cannot be refunded once downloaded unless the file is faulty.
 
3. Custom or Special Orders
  • Custom photo products or albums are made to order. Because of this, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
 
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email me at kate@katemitchellphotography.com.au with your order details and the reason for your request. I aim to respond within 3 business days.
